As for tenancy applications, we start the application process as soon as an application is received. You, as a landlord will be kept in the loop during each stage of tenanting the property.

Once your property is tenanted, you can feel at ease knowing we will be conducting inspections every 3 months to ensure the property is kept up to standard. We then send out property condition reports to you which outline the property’s condition in significant detail with photographic evidence.

 

We will also handle the maintenance side of things too. If your property needs some work, we make it happen! We have a large database with trusted maintenance workers in all fields, so when the job is ordered, it will be completed efficiently. Maintenance work is highly recommended so that your asset maintains its capital value should you need to sell in the future.

Communication is something we strongly preach! You will constantly be kept up to date with any new changes or happenings regarding your property and our services.
